I love these. I saw a difference when I took it 2x a day. I want loose bag version asap as I like my teas strong!!! Definitely recommend it and to see the difference do try it 2x a day for a week. I got 2 bags so I could see the difference b4 the packet ends.

I love how smooth it is with no sweetener. I noticed an extra ounce increase after the second night of drinking the tea before bed. Some supplements give me and my baby gas but I did not notice that with Breastfriend tea. Love it!!
